Embedding Indigenous Teachings in Physical Education | Be Fit For Life

Lesson plans to help incorporate Indigenous Teachings into physical activity settings through fun, interactive lessons for Grades K-3.

These lesson plans were created through a partnership with Miywasin Friendship Centre, Alberta Health Services, Medicine Hat College Education Students and the Medicine Hat College Be Fit for Life Centre.
