Neuromuscular Training Warmup is a set of 52 movements organized into four suits
that represent different categories of movement skills:
Aerobics, agility, strength, and balance.
In the gymnasium, or coaching a sport? Pick a few cards from each suit to build your warm-up, use the card to create a circuit workout, or select a few movements to incorporate in-between activities. In the classroom? Draw a card to inspire a quick movement break!
